Great dishwasher, good support

I ordered the HAVA R01 Countertop Dishwasher during a holiday sale. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received an order confirmation email almost immediately. Shipping took about 6 business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The unit arrived well-packaged and was easy to set up; I didn't even need the full hookup, just used the water tank. I had a small question about the best detergent pods to use, so I contacted customer support via their online chat. They responded quickly, within a few minutes, and gave me clear recommendations. The dishwasher itself works really well for my small apartment, cleaning dishes thoroughly. The quality feels solid, and it's quieter than I expected. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.

Handy but slow delivery

I got the HAVA T02 Portable Washing Machine, and it's pretty good for my small laundry needs. It handles a decent amount of clothes, and they come out clean. The machine itself is well-built and fits nicely in my bathroom. My only real gripe was the delivery time; it took a bit longer than I anticipated, about 8 days, which felt like a while to wait. Setting it up was simple enough though. Customer service was fine when I inquired about the shipping delay, they were polite. It's a solid appliance, just wish shipping was a touch faster.

Finally got a small dishwasher

So I finally got one of those HAVA mini dishwashers, the R01 model. It's pretty cool. I mean, it's small, obviously, but it gets the job done for my daily dishes. I was tired of always having a sink full. It came a few days after I ordered it, no fuss. Hooking it up was easy, just plugged it in and filled the tank. Makes life a bit easier, you know?

Dishwasher came quick

So, I finally got around to getting one of those mini dishwashers, the HAVA R01. My kitchen is tiny, so this was a good fit. Shipping was pretty quick, like, it got here in less than a week. Unpacked it, set it up, and ran a cycle. Everything came out clean, which is all I really cared about. Pretty happy with it, honestly. No more handwashing everything.

Good value for a portable

I was on the hunt for a portable dishwasher that wouldn't break the bank, and the HAVA R01 really fit the bill. I managed to snag it during a seasonal promotion, which saved me a good chunk of change. The price felt very fair for what I received. Shipping was free too, which was a nice bonus. It's been a worthwhile purchase, saving me time and effort, and I felt like I got a solid deal.

Mostly happy with R09

I bought the HAVA R09 Countertop Dishwasher a few weeks ago. The delivery was surprisingly quick, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. Setup was straightforward, and it really does a good job cleaning most dishes. My only small issue is that some of my larger dinner plates don't quite fit perfectly, which means I have to load it a bit carefully. But overall, for the price and convenience, it's been a solid purchase. Customer service responded quickly to a question I had about detergent pods.

Reliable as always

This isn't my first purchase from HAVA. I bought the R01 Countertop Dishwasher a while back and needed some replacement filters and a new cutlery basket. Just like last time, the ordering process was smooth, and the items arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. It's good to see their quality and service are consistently good. That's why I keep coming back for accessories.
